تتناولت هذه الدراسة واقع الإفادة الفعلية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة عمر المختار من شبكة المعلومات الدولية وتهدف إلى التعرف على اتجاهات وأنماط استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات الإنسانية والعلمية لخدمات ومصادر المعلومات المتاحة على شبكة الإنترنت في البحث العلمي وتحديد الفروق في استخدامها ومستويات الإفادة منها بين هذه الكليات، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج المسح الميداني، كما استخدم في تجميع البيانات والمعلومات مجموعة من الأدوات البحثية كان منها الاستبيان الذي وجه إلى عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بلغ عددهم (360) عضو بمختلف الكليات في الجامعة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان منها، ارتفاع أعداد مستخدمي شبكة الإنترنت حيثُ بلغت النسبه92. 5 % من أفراد العينة، كذلك اتضح أن أكثر أغراض استخدام الإنترنت كان البحث عن مصادر المعلومات في مجال التخصص بنسبة 88. 9 %، كما تبين قلة عدد منافذ الإنترنت بجامعة عمر المختار وتواجد معظمها في الكليات العلمية دون الإنسانية بالإضافة إلى ضعف البنية التحتية للتكنولوجيا فيها، وأن أكثر الاستراتيجيات المستخدمة في الحصول على مصادر المعلومات على الشبكة كان باستخدام محركات البحث، وأوصت الدراسة من خلال النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها بعدد من التوصيات من ضمنها دعم الوعي المعلوماتي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تقبل مقتضيات الإفادة من شبكة الإنترنت في البحث العلمي وذلك بتنظيم الدورات التدريبية على استخدام الإنترنت ورفع مستواهم في الوصول و مهارات البحث والتعامل مع مصادر المعلومات على الإنترنت مع الحرص على إتاحة هذه الدورات في أوقات مناسبة والاهتمام بكل أركانها المتمثلة في المضمون والقائمين على التدريب وطريقة التدريب وإعداد الندوات وحلقات النقاش حول دور الإنترنت في البحث العلمي.

This study deals with the subject entitled "The Archive Documents: Study of the current situation and develop a vision to establish a National Archive in Libya، We used descriptive analytical method as an optimization، where data were collected throughout the literary subject، and a questionnaire interview form is designed as a main tool for data collection and addressed to directors of centers – subject of the study، in addition observation through the field visit. The study aimed to remove the confusion and uncertainty about the Archive terminology and its importance، and recognize the reality of the centers where the archives are preserved that it doesn't work same as the National Archives state، as it is normally required. The study had reached to a number of results، mainly are: the lack of clarity of vision for the functions and requirements and benefits of the national Archives of the State in terms of decision-making regarding fateful scientific، practical and historical decisions and that both centers of the study don't satisfy the conditions of the National Archives in terms of location and area of the building and its facilities and man-power-staff. One of the main recommendations is the necessity to establish a National Libyan Archive which will be able to keep all the contents of the archive and documents which were preserved and kept in both centers - subject of the study – and other centers which are scattered in other areas in Libya، and to be considered a national property to the state.

اهتمت هذه الدراسة بالمكتبات المرئية والمسموعة في الجماهيرية، ومدى نجاحها في تقديم خدمات متنوعة للإذاعات وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية علي عينة عشوائية بسيطة من المكتبات المرئية والمسموعة في الجماهيرية، حيث تم التعرف على واقع الحال للمكتبات الإذاعي بالجماهيرية وسبل تطويرها من حيث المبنى والتجهيزات، والقوى العاملة، والمقتنيات، والإجراءات الفنية، واستخدام التقنية والتعاون، والميزانية، وتقديم الخدمات إلى قسم البرامج، وذلك لإظهار جوانب القوى والضعف في العمل المكتبي والمعلوماتي بالمكتبات الإذاعية والعمل علي تطويره، و تطوير الخدمات التى تقدم إلى قسم البرامج بالإذاعات والمساهمة في أن تكون الإذاعة وسيلة جيدة من وسائل الاتصال الجماهيري تقدم أفضل ما لديها من محتويات إلى المجتمعات التى تقدم لها الخدمة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: نقص القوى العاملة المؤهلة المتخصصة، وعدم تخصيص ميزانية خاصة للمكتبات الإذاعية، استخدام نظام فهرسة وتصنيف غير علمي، عدم إقامة دورات تدريبية للقوى العاملة والأمناء سواء داخل الجماهيرية أو خارجها، كما تم التأكيد على عدد من التوصيات من بينها: إيفاد أمناء المكتبات لدورات خارج الجماهيرية تخص الإذاعات والمكتبات الإذاعية، إعادة بناء مجموعات المكتبات وذلك بتخزين المصادر القديمة على أقراص ليزرية، مشاركة المشاهدين أو المستمعين في اختيار مصادر المعلومات للمكتبات الإذاعية، اقتناء التقنية لمساعدة القوى العاملة لتقديم أفضل الخدمات. كما تم إعداد تصور شامل لتأسيس شبكة معلومات خاصة بالمكتبات الإذاعية المرئية والمسموعة بالجماهيرية .
