The registration office is interested in completing the registration procedures for students since their enrollment in the study, and following up the administrative process to complete the requirements for obtaining a university degree and obtaining the student’s certificate. So that the start dates for receiving applications for registration at the college are announced at the beginning of each semester, each according to the applicant’s desire and according to the regulations and conditions for registration at the university and the college, and then the admission dates that take place within the scientific departments are determined according to the students’ lists that are referred to the department admission committee by the office The college registrar, and after the completion of the admission exams, the results of the students who passed the exam successfully are announced, so that the rest of the registration procedures are completed and the file and original documents are handed over for registration, which are:

  • The original secondary school certificate form.
  • birth certificate.
  • The national number approved by the civil registry
  • Photos from pages 1, 2, and 4 of the family booklet.
  • Four (4) photographs of the student.
